Basic Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience
• This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate or Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business or related field
• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year working in a similar capacity.

(Prior Aerospace Manufacturing Preferred)
• Proven leadership ability.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, statistical analysis, and scientific methods for problem solving.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Production Team Leader position will be in our Wichita Falls, Texas facility and will support manufacturing through production control, problem solving initiatives, and assume an indirect responsibility for product throughput partnering with the department supervisor.
This involves the leadership of hourly employees in the department cultivating desired outcomes in terms of safety, quality, process integrity, team assignments, related administrative work and other assigned tasks designed with a keen eye on minimizing production bottlenecks and anticipating production needs.

Candidate will train on C shift (days), then move to D shift (nights).
