HR Finance & Business Management- Senior Associate

This is a high-impact role where you will partner with senior HR leaders and their business managers to deliver operational excellence and uphold the standards that support our employees worldwide!

As a Business Manager within our Corporate Finance team, you will help drive strategic Human Resource initiatives, optimize operational performance, and serve as a trusted advisor to leaders at the firm.

This position supports HR Employee Experience, reporting through the office of the CFO.

Job responsibilities


* Act as a strategic partner to HR Finance & Business Management and HR Employee Experience leads, executing overall HR strategy and key initiatives.


* Track HR priorities through clear monitoring of OKRs and KPIs, ensuring transparency and accountability across HR functions.


* Organize, prepare, and present complex HR data and information in a simplified, impactful manner for diverse stakeholders and internal clients.


* Participate in budget planning, monthly forecasting and reporting, investment lifecycle governance, headcount planning and tracking, location strategy, vendor engagements, and expense management.


* Collaborate with executive team members and their business management partners to drive alignment and execution of strategic HR initiatives.


* Proactively identify opportunities for cost optimization, organizational and operational design, innovation, and thought leadership within HR.


* Coordinate agendas, presentations, and follow-ups for management team meetings, internal forums, town halls, and select client meetings, streamlining processes and preparing senior management for key engagements (e.g., prepare presentations, compile HR data, draft talking points).

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills


* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Economics, or a related area.


* Comfortable with ambiguity, proactive, self-motivated, and able to navigate initiatives independently from ideation to completion.


* Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, particularly in PowerPoint.


* Confidence and skill to think strategically, develop solutions, and present recommendations to management, HR and business leaders.


* Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.


* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).


* Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data and business outcomes.

* Experience in HR, Business Management, or related functions within a large, global organization
