POSITION: Executive Assistant - Temporary
STATUS: Hourly

SUPPORTING: 3 Vice Presidents

REPORTS TO: Director, Office Manager

LOCATION: Kendo Brands HQ, San Francisco, CA



*This is a temporary assignment anticipated for 3-6 months with a potential to extend.

The salary range for this temp position is $43.25 - $46.15 per hour.

Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location.

This is a hybrid role based in our downtown San Francisco office - Tues through Thursday in-office, with Monday and Friday remote.

The Kendo house of brands currently includes: Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Fenty Eau de Parfum, Fenty Hair, Ole Henriksen, Lip Lab.

SUMMARY

We are seeking a high-impact Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic force behind our leadership team.

The ideal individual will possess sound judgment in various situations, strong written and verbal communication skills, administrative and organizational abilities, and the capacity to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

The Executive Assistant will be able to work independently on projects from conception to completion, anticipate needs before they arise, work under pressure at times, and handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
