Product Delivery Manager- Service Product Group

As a Product Delivery Manager in CCB, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers.

As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

You'll lead cross-functional initiatives, working closely with Product, Technology, Design, and Operations teams to deliver outcomes through an agile model.

Strong program/project management experience, technical understanding, and comfort with emerging technologies - including AI - are key.

Job responsibilities



* Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination


* Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements


* Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners


* Lead and govern complex initiatives across the full product life cycle-from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement-ensuring business outcomes, KPIs, and alignment with product vision, strategy, and roadmap are achieved.


* Act as a strategic partner to Product Managers, Area Product Owners, and the Product Quad, building strong relationships across Technology, Operations, Risk/Controls, and co-suppliers.


* Translate strategy into execution by developing clear delivery plans covering scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success measures, while managing cross-team dependencies from intake through completion.


* Proactively identify and resolve blockers, drive structured problem-solving, and coordinate with partner teams to remove obstacles that slow delivery.
