Manufacturing Quality Engineer
For this U.S.
based position, the expected compensation range is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Position Summary
The Manufacturing Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes consistently produce products that meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements.
This role provides advanced technical leadership in root-cause analysis, process capability, quality planning, and continuous improvement.
As a senior-level engineer, this position mentors junior quality staff, leads major quality initiatives, and partners closely with operations, engineering, and suppliers to drive world-class quality performance.
Key Responsibilities:Quality Engineering & Continuous Improvement
- Lead development and optimization of manufacturing quality processes, including PFMEA, control plans, capability studies, PPAP, and validation protocols.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Analyze production and quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions
- Serve as the primary technical lead for complex quality investigations.
- Use structured root-cause analysis tools (5 Why, Fishbone, DMAIC, Fault Tree Analysis, etc.).
- Develop, implement, and verify corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
Manufacturing Process Support
- Provide engineering support to production lines to reduce scrap, improve process capability, and enhance product reliability.
