HR Program Coordination Intern

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a HR Program Coordination Intern in our Monterrey, Nuevo León location or CDMX Hub.



*Locations: Mty HYB: Punto Valle or CDMX Hub: Distrito Polanco.



*Hybrid scheme.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about process improvement and eager to support the development of our internship program.

What do you get to do in this position?


* Act as first contact for other interns.


* Create innovative and informative executive presentations.


* Learning Path progress and Onboarding/Offboarding for interns.


* Work on process improvement initiatives to enhance the internship program.


* Provide support to managers with questions regarding the internship program.


* Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure timely payment of invoices related to intern scholarships.


* Control of the program's budget.


* Create guides and manuals for the internship program.


* Monitor and maintain the headcount of interns.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

* Active bachelor students from 6th semester and up related to the Human Resources area: Business Management, International Business or People oriented studies.

Financial degrees are welcome too.

(Must: Graduating in June 2027 or later).


* English Intermediate - Advanced (Must)


* Strong organizational and communication skills.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams)


* Math / financial skills are a plus


* Powerpoint, canva or other presentation design skills are highly desired


* Proactive, accountable and driven mindset.


* Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
