Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients.

Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain).

Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.

The Cybersecurity Vendor Management Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end management of cybersecurity tool vendors, acting as the key interface between business/security teams and Procurement.

The role focuses on commercial governance, vendor coordination, renewals, and operational continuity of cybersecurity tools and services, ensuring contracts, purchase orders, and renewals are executed accurately and on time to support uninterrupted security operations.

This position ensures that vendor relationships and commercial processes support the effective delivery of cybersecurity services.

Key Responsibilities:


* Vendor & Commercial Management
Manage the lifecycle of cybersecurity tool vendors, from contract initiation to renewal
Participate in vendor negotiations, including pricing, renewals, scope changes, and commercial terms
Ensure contractual alignment with business and security requirements
Act as the primary point of contact for vendors on commercial and operational matters


* Procurement & Business Liaison
Serve as the bridge between Cybersecurity teams, Procurement, and Finance
Coordinate contract creations, amendments, and renewals with Procurement
Ensure Purchase Orders (POs) are created, renewed, and maintained on time
Support budgeting, forecasting, and renewal planning for cybersecurity tools


* Renewal & Service Continuity
Own and track renewal timelines to avoid service disruption or unplanned spend
Proactively manage upcoming expirations and vendor dependencies
Ensure continuity of critical cybersecurity tooling through timely commercial actions


* Stakeholder Coordination
