PHYSICAL THERAPIST - FULL TIME - Greentree Health and Rehabilitation - Clintonville, WI

Pay starting at: $50/HR (Based on Experience - New Grads welcome to apply!!

Now Hiring: Physical Therapist (PT) - Ability to create own schedule, variety of treating in-patient and out-patient, opportunities to become master clinicians, create a speciality, or move into leadership roles

Greentree Health and Rehabilitation is searching for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our rehab team! If you're committed to helping residents gain strength, mobility, and confidence, this is the place for you!

What you'll Do:


* Provide High-quality Physical Therapy to residents to improve mobility, safety, and independence


* Develop Individualized treatment plans and measurable goals


* Collaborate closely with OT, SLP, Nursing, and the care team


* Educate Residents, Families, and staff on exercises, mobility strategies, and equipment


* Bring Positivity and encouragement to every therapy session

What We're Looking For:


* Licensed Physical Therapist


* Experience in Long-term Care or geriatrics is a bonus!


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Compassionate, patient-centered Mindset


* Motivated, reliable, and ready to make a difference
