Vendor Management Lead Technology Program Manager

Job responsibilities


* Develop and maintain integrated engagement plans for vendor management, coordinating delivery across teams and suppliers to ensure timely execution with minimal business disruption


* Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and provide regular, senior-level status updates aligned with reporting requirements


* Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and drive timely resolution of issues through coordinated action and escalation


* Lead stakeholder and supplier meetings, deliver executive-ready summaries (including financial tracking), capture decisions, and ensure timely follow-up on action items


* Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, controls, and audit requirements, maintaining organized documentation to support all reviews and approvals


* Drive continuous process improvements to enhance vendor management and IAM delivery efficiency
