Las Colinas Post Acute is seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (ADOR) to join our dynamic therapy leadership team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who is ready to take the next step in their career while still staying connected to patient care.

Key Responsibilities


* Support the Director of Rehabilitation with daily therapy operations


* Provide direct patient care within your licensed scope (PTA or COTA)


* Assist with staff mentoring, training, and engagement


* Promote high clinical quality, productivity, and compliance


* Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary collaboration


* Support regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, and best practices


* Help foster a positive, accountable, and motivated rehab team culture

Qualifications


* Current, active PTA or COTA license in the state of California


* Experience in a skilled nursing or post‑acute setting preferred


* Previous leadership or supervisor experience strongly preferred


* Strong communication, organization, and team‑building skills


* Passion for clinical excellence and staff development


* Knowledge of Medicare Part A, PDPM, and documentation standards a plus
