Laundry Aide

Facility: Las Colinas Post Acute
Pay Range: $17.48-$18.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Varies | Healthcare Setting
Position Summary

Las Colinas Post Acute is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Aide to support our residents and staff by ensuring clean, sanitary, and well-maintained linens and garments.

This role is essential in maintaining infection control standards and overall resident comfort.
Key Responsibilities


* Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and resident clothing


* Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently


* Follow infection control, safety, and sanitation guidelines


* Monitor laundry supplies and report low inventory


* Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry areas


* Handle linens and clothing with care, respecting resident dignity and privacy


* Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly

Qualifications


* Prior laundry experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* Strong attention to detail and time management skills


* Ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods


* Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
