Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, clinically confident, and ready to make an impact across both patient intake and day-to-day nursing operations.

You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless admissions while also supporting and guiding nursing staff on the floor.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions Coordination


* Review and evaluate incoming referrals for accuracy and appropriateness


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to determine admission eligibility


* Initiate and process admission orders for accepted residents


* Ensure a smooth, timely transition for all new admissions

Nurse Supervisor


* Provide leadership, support, and direction to nursing staff


* Assist with clinical duties as needed


* Mentor and educate team members to support professional growth


* Maintain high standards of care and compliance with policies


* Serve as a clinical resource for decision-making and problem-solving

Qualifications


* Active RN or LPN license


* Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills


* Excellent communication and organizational abilities


* Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Preferred Experience


* Admissions or intake experience in a healthcare setting


* Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience
