🌟 What You'll Do

As a key member of our administrative team, you'll help ensure resident medical records are accurate, secure, and up to date.

Your responsibilities will include:


* Maintaining and organizing resident medical records (electronic & paper)


* Filing reports, charts, lab results, and documentation


* Assisting with record retrieval for authorized personnel


* Supporting compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations


* Helping coordinate medical record processes and audits


* Assisting with scheduling assessments and maintaining registries


* Communicating with staff across departments to ensure accuracy

✅ What We're Looking For


* High school diploma or GED required


* Experience in medical records or healthcare preferred (but not required!)


* Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus


* Basic computer and data entry skills


* Ability to type at least 45 WPM


* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


* Professional communication and teamwork abilities
