Payment Banking - Quant Analytics Senior Associate

As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate, within the Payment Banking team, you will impact data and analytics strategy, execution, and innovation for Open Banking capabilities to support customers and external parties and ensure secure data sharing for our customers.

Job Responsibilities:


* Partner with Open Banking Product Owners to understand business needs and deliver actionable data solutions for wires and international payments


* Develop and maintain queries, reports, and dashboards using large database platforms


* Combine and analyze data from multiple sources to deliver descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics


* Support the creation and maintenance of data models, ensuring high data quality and consistency


* Collaborate with stakeholders across product, operations, and analytics teams to gather requirements and deliver insights


* Communicate complex analytical concepts in a clear, concise manner to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise


* Champion data and analytics best practices within the payments product group

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* Bachelor's degree with 3 years of analytics experience or 5 years of related technical experience


* Hands-on experience with SQL, Alteryx, SAS, and Python for data analysis and reporting


* Knowledge of large-scale databases such as Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, or AWS


* Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights


* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders


* Proficient using MS Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* Experience with Tableau and Adobe Analytics


* Exposure to machine learning concepts and applications
