What You'll Do


* Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans


* Improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall function


* Deliver skilled therapy in a post-acute setting


* Support safe, efficient, and successful discharges


* Collaborate closely with nursing and interdisciplinary teams


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What You Bring


* Active California Physical Therapist license (required)


* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred (not required)


* Strong clinical judgment and communication skills


* Positive, team-first attitude
