Forklift Operator - Shipping Department 2nd Shift

What You'll Do
As a Shipping Forklift Operator, you'll focus on the outbound movement of product and accuracy of pulling orders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently
* Move materials to and from production and shipping areas
* Load and unload trucks while ensuring product accuracy and proper handling
* Stage, stock, and organize materials to support production flow
* Accurately complete and submit shipping/receiving documentation
* Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace (5S standards)
* Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements

* Strong teamwork and communication across departments
* Active participation in continuous improvement and problem-solving
What We're Looking For
* High school diploma or equivalent (recommended)
* Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
* Forklift experience preferred - certification completed onsite
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail
* Basic math and documentation skills
* Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
* Willingness to learn, cross-train, and support other areas as needed
Physical & Work Environment Expectations
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift throughout the shift
* Regular lifting up to 50 lbs (heavier with assistance or equipment)
* Work in a manufacturing environment with moderate to loud noise
* Exposure to vibration, moving equipment, and varying temperatures
