Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, dependable, and passionate about providing excellent resident care.

Key Responsibilities


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding


* Provide mobility support and assist with transfers


* Take and record vital signs


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation


* Support nursing staff with resident care tasks


* Foster a warm, safe, and respectful environment


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications


* Current CNA certification in the state of California


* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment


* Compassionate and patient with strong interpersonal skills


* Previous long-term care experience is a plus (but not required)
