We're looking for a friendly, reliable Host/Hostess to join our team at the Canyon Restaurant and help create a welcoming first impression for our guests.
Responsibilities


* Greet guests warmly as they arrive and escort them to their tables


* Manage reservations and answer phone inquiries


* Ensure tables are properly set with glassware, water, and menus


* Assist with clearing and resetting tables for incoming guests


* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room


* Learn the menu and daily specials to help answer guest questions


* Work collaboratively with servers and restaurant staff to ensure excellent guest service

Qualifications


* Friendly personality and strong communication skills


* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment


* Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift


* Strong organization and time management skills


* Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred


* High school diploma or GED required
