i360 is seeking a Director, Survey Research Sales to drive growth for one of our fastest-evolving product lines.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role for a politically savvy, consultative sales professional who understands the research needs of campaigns, advocacy organizations, and political consultancies - and who can clearly articulate the value of data-driven insights to decision-makers across the right-of-center ecosystem.

This is a rare opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales professional who is energized by building - not just maintaining - a business line.

The ideal candidate brings a founder's mindset to their work: proactively identifying opportunities, developing the market, and taking ownership of outcomes.

You will own the sales process for i360's survey research and polling products, building a pipeline of new clients while deepening relationships with existing partners.

You'll work closely with our Survey Research Team to scope and position engagements, translate client needs into winning proposals, and serve as the primary commercial face of this product line in the market .

What You Will Do


* Own and grow revenue for i360's survey research and polling products across political campaigns, advocacy organizations, nonprofits, and political consultancies


* Prospect and develop new client relationships across the right-of-center political and public affairs ecosystem


* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand how i360's survey capabilities can answer their most pressing strategic questions


* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and close


* Partner closely with i360's Survey Research Team to scope projects, develop proposals, and ensure seamless client onboarding


* Represent i360 at conferences, political events, and industry gatherings to build brand awareness and expand the network of clients and referral partners


* Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in CRM, providing regular forecasting and reporting to leadership


* Identify market opportunities and provide client feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategy
