Home Health Clinical Supervisor

Work Schedule:


* 100% FTE, full-time / Monday-Friday


* Alternating on-call weekends


* You will work at the 2550 Charles St Clinic

Additional components of compensation may include:


* Evening, night, and weekend shift differential


* Overtime

Qualifications



* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

Required


* OR Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.

Required

Licenses & Certifications



* Current RN licensure in the State of Illinois.

Required


* OR Physical or Occupational Therapy licensure in the State of Illinois.
