As a Lead Technical Program Manager in the Enterprise Technology - Identity and Access Management team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm.
Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams.

As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.
You will drive cross-functional programs that identify, assess, and mitigate technology risks across platforms and services, partnering closely with Product, Delivery, Risk, and Compliance to develop operationalize controls, accelerate remediation, and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team IAM initiatives with clear scope, milestones, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
* Partner with Product and Delivery teams to assure the translation of requirements into product and engineering roadmaps; prioritize to deliver predictable, high-impact results.
* Identify, assess, and facilitate the mitigation of delivery risks.
* Establish program governance and execution rigor (RAID management, dependency mapping, steering forums, escalation paths, decision logs etc.).
* Ensure IAM programs are delivered with regulatory and policy adherence through embedding compliance-by-design, privacy-by-design, and least-privilege principles.
* Apply technical depth to resolve delivery trade-offs, and de-risk delivery.
* Manage resources, and vendor/partner performance; optimize capacity across internal teams and third parties.
* Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships and executive communications; provide transparent dashboards on roadmap progress, risk posture, and value realization.
* Lead organizational change management-readiness, training, adoption-and drive continuous improvement through process, tooling, and automation.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 5 + years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
