Job Title: Wellness Director

Salary: $100K-$120k (experienced based)

Schedule: Mon-Fri (weekend on call)

Duties:


* Management level nursing position that maintains direct contact with patients and integration with patient care.


* Responsible for coordinating, training, scheduling, and team development among the nursing staff.


* Manages the continuing education of the nursing staff.


* Maintains an ongoing quality assurance program.


* Assists in planning the nursing services portion of resident discharge plans.


* Leads others through actions consistent with and serve our culture.


* Participates in facility surveys by government agencies.

Qualifications:


* Current RN license.


* Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility.


* 1 year of Wellness Director/ Management experience.


* Service-oriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor).


* Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.


* Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities.
