This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Job Family Definition:

This role works within the Payroll Organization and interacts on a daily basis with employees of all levels.

Must be professional, detail oriented and treat the data they are working with extreme confidentiality.

Management Level Definition:

Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope.

Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience.

Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment.

Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts.

Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.

Responsibilities:


* Receive and process the incoming mail


* Redirect mail to appropriate receiver.


* Intake of incoming garnishment orders


* Handles People Care inquiries as assigned


* Provides analytics to our People Care Cases to leadership


* Assists Payroll Operations Team as needed

Education and Experience Required:


* Associates Degree


* FPC Certification Preferred not required


* Typically 0-3 years experience

Knowledge and Skills:


* Basic analytical skills.


* Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).


* Good communication skills.


* Good teamwork skills.
