SUMMARY:

Assures building is in excellent operational condition by following preventive maintenance instructions.

Performs simple repairs to the building and equipment, perform electric installations, replaces motors and electrical parts, performs welding repairs, and build new metal furniture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


* 50% Performs preventive maintenance and repairs as directed by the Facilities Lead


* 10% Provide excellent service to the customer.


* 20% Supports the maintenance team following instructions of the facilities technician Sr


* 10% Provides cleaning support to building exterior, parking lot, sidewalks, and gardening.


* 10% Performs simple electrical installations and plumbing installations

REQUIREMENTS:


* Level of formal education: Some high school.


* Area of study: Mechanical


* Years of experience: 2-3 Years


* Type of experience:
+ Experience in equipment repair and maintenance procedures , experience in building maintenance and gardening cleaning, Experience HVAC Systems basics and safety and security procedures
+ Experience with electrical Systems basic


* Other/preferred:
+ Computer skills: General electrical, painting and plumbing knowledges, safety conscious
