Pay: $45 to $50 per hour
Schedule: Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem

Sonoma Post Acute is hiring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our dedicated therapy team.

Responsibilities


* Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT


* Carry out treatment plans designed to help residents achieve functional goals


* Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility training


* Document resident progress and maintain accurate records


* Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure the best outcomes

Qualifications


* Current California COTA license


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Team-oriented and committed to high-quality resident care


* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
