We are looking for an Offer Administrator Intern located at our Mexico City Hub located in Polanco.

What You'll Be Doing:


* Support all offer administration, meaning upload new references as market needs, obsolete references, check status in the different platforms such as selectors and updated information in web pages.


* Support on the cost analysis and pricing and all the tasks related to the maintenance of the references/offer in all systems.


* Scouting for prices against the competence, estimated wait times, etc.


* General Support for Business Developers with offer administration.


* Participation in projects related to inventory management and products.

This Role Might Be a Great Fit If You:


* Are an active student of the following Engineerings: Industrial, Electrical, Electrical and Automation, Mechatronics or related graduating in June 2027 or a later date.


* Fluent English level (Written and spoken).


* Intermediate to advanced Excel level.


* Issue resolution


* Good administration skills


* Proactive
