Deputy Manager - Production

What will you do:


* Lead and coordinate production processes by effectively guiding teams through standardized work procedures and short interval management


* Monitor and optimize production performance to meet quality standards, schedules, and efficiency targets


* Execute training programs to enhance team capabilities and ensure successful process execution


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Sales to develop effective production schedules


* Identify and escalate improvement opportunities while actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
