As the Head of Analytics on the Chase Offers Team, you translate our strategic priorities into a clear data and analytics vision that delivers growth and better customer experiences.

You partner with product owners and functional leaders to apply machine learning and AI, automate analytics, and tell a unified story across teams.

You build industry-leading data assets, ensure our digital experiences capture the right signals, and continuously improve self-service for product, design, and technology.

You lead with influence, communicate complex ideas simply, and drive measurable business impact while upholding strong governance and controls.

Job responsibilities


* Translate strategic priorities into a data and analytics roadmap and outcomes.


* Organize and align analytics support for each functional leader and product owner.


* Apply machine learning and AI to grow the business, solve problems, and improve customer experiences.


* Automate repeatable analyses and elevate data visualization for decision-making.


* Conduct deep-dive analyses and partner with Modeling Center of Excellence on predictive models.


* Build industry-leading data assets and ensure digital experiences capture essential behavioral signals.


* Integrate behavioral, transactional, and customer feedback data to enhance digital journeys and funnel conversion.


* Prioritize analytics roadmaps with stakeholders and flex team capacity across priorities.


* Influence senior stakeholders, communicate insights clearly, and drive adoption and action.


* Lead, coach, and develop a diverse analytics team; engage external communities to attract talent.


* Own data risks and controls, ensuring data quality, appropriate use, and support of firmwide governance initiatives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 6 years of experience as a data or analytics executive or in a closely related field.


* Experience in financial services, retail, digital, or consulting.


* Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and measurable business outcomes.


* Proven leadership managing large, diverse teams with a strong coaching and development focus.


* Strong influencing and communication skills with senior executives; ability to simplify complex ideas.


* Process- and controls-oriented leadership with robust governance and controls understanding.
