Intern, Equipment Engineering associate - Photolithography / Metrology

Primary Duties & Responsibilities


* Special Project assignment
+ Hotspot reduction with new Photo/Metrology toolset data recollection


* Day to day engagement assignment
+ Learn common recoveries and PMs


* Accomplish the following:
+ Exposure to the semiconductor world and as well as gain a fresh perspective on new technologies and techniques for troubleshooting
+ Developed a solid understanding of the fundamentals of photo/metrology and will have proposed and implemented at least one impactful idea with clearly defined traceable metrics to measure its success.
+ Practice investigation skills into equipment repair and maintenance, foster out of the box thinking for long term equipment upgrades and modifications
+ Become familiarized with automated wafer handling, electrical system investigation, pneumatic and vacuum system operation, and various equipment user interfaces
+ Make meaningful contributions to maintenance activities and demonstrates long-term thinking for equipment modifications

Physical Requirements


* Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or in meetings.


* Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.


* Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks.


* Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
