Key Responsibilities


* Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Leads, and IT teams to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent.


* Create and maintain system guidelines, manuals, and documentation for organizational use.


* Develop and implement risk mitigation plans.


* Conduct training sessions and workshops on system processes.


* Perform regular system reviews and generate reports on efficiencies and improvement areas.


* Structure and prioritize business requirements, communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval.


* Apply project management skills to oversee system-related initiatives.


* Cost optimization on Cloud


* Utilize data modeling and data visualization tools to support decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications


* 3–5 years of proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role.


* Strong knowledge of system processes, documentation, and risk management.


* Proficiency in data modeling and data visualization tools.


* Excellent project management and organizational skills.


* High-level written and verbal communication skills.


* Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops effectively.
