Electromechanical Maintenance
This is a posting for a second shift Electromechanical Maintenance position.
Join our dynamic maintenance team and play a key role in keeping our production equipment performing at its best! We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Professional who can apply their technical expertise to ensure our manufacturing operations meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability.
What will you do:
* Lead comprehensive maintenance activities, including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for critical manufacturing equipment.
* Develop and implement standardized processes to optimize equipment performance, safety protocols, and quality standards.
* Participate in equipment selection, installation, and improvements to production processes.
* Execute lifecycle management plans for machinery and process equipment.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
* Contribute actively to continuous improvement efforts.
* Identify and communicate any health and safety risks to the Team Leader.
* Perform preventive maintenance according to the established plan.
* Repair equipment in the event of breakdowns when known repair methods are available.
* Ensure accurate and consistent documentation in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
* Apply the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) approach to reduce maintenance costs, increase equipment reliability, and improve availability of workstations and production lines.
* Support the development of a knowledge base for known failure modes through shared documents, platforms, and cross-training.
* Assist with calibration activities for precision power devices.
What qualifications will make you successful:
* Technical or Vocational education in industrial maintenance or related field
* Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
* Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality management systems
* Proven track record of implementing preventive maintenance programs
* Excellence in problem-solving and process improvement
