Student Trainee

Job Description

Primary Objective: Maintain learning content production, updates, and quality assurance for all DO digital materials.

Key Responsibilities



* Update and maintain Storyline courses


* Assist with course creation and asset development


* Conduct QA testing (functionality, navigation, accessibility)


* Organize and maintain the digital asset library


* Support the creation of manuals and process guides


* Help assign courses in Mango LMS


* Provide internal support on Storyline usage


* Develop training materials (slides, modules, visuals)


* Co-deliver internal trainings related to Storyline or digital learning


* Assist in content-related tasks for DO initiatives

Training Creation



* Develop training materials (slides, guides, Storyline modules)


* Create visual or interactive assets


* Prepare facilitator notes and participant materials

Training Delivery



* Facilitate internal trainings under DO supervision


* Support system or process trainings


* Conduct follow-up communications and tracking


* Manage attendance, logistics, and session documentation
