Efficiency Lead

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $86,400 - $129,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The Efficiency Specialist works closely with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into digital solutions that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve decision-making through data visibility.

As an Efficiency Lead, you will be part of an elite team leading operational transformation within Schneider Electric's North America Market (NAM).

What will you do?


* Work in a cross functional environment with various business groups, IT, and end users to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities


* Design and implement automation solutions that reduce manual work and improve scalability


* Develop dashboards that provide visibility into operational performance and efficiency outcomes


* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business pain points and translate them into digital solutions


* Lead initiatives that drive process optimization and continuous improvement


* Measure and track efficiency gains including time savings, cost reduction, and productivity improvements


* Maintain structured reporting of value generated through automation and process improvements


* Champion a culture of efficiency by identifying opportunities for transformation and simplification


* Contribute to adoption of new solutions by ensuring alignment with business need
