Customer Project Manager

What will you do:


* Lead and manage multiple small-scale package projects and service initiatives, coordinating directly with customers and back-office operations


* Oversee complete project lifecycle from order preparation through financial close-out, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery


* Develop comprehensive work plans, schedules, and resource estimates while conducting thorough risk analysis


* Monitor project progress against established milestones and budgets, ensuring adherence to quality standards


* Provide technical guidance to project teams and manage vendor integration when applicable

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $86,400.00 - $129,600.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
