* Compensation: $ 58.00 -$ 70.00+ per hour (DOE)

Your Impact & Responsibilities:



* Comprehensive Evaluations: Perform detailed initial assessments, identifying functional limitations and developing goal-oriented treatment plans for sub-acute residents.


* Skilled Intervention: Implement evidence-based treatments focusing on gait training, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education.


* Continuum of Care: Manage the critical transition from inpatient recovery to home, ensuring residents have the mobility and confidence to return to their communities.


* Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a world-class team of Nurses, OTs, SLPs, and Physicians to coordinate holistic, resident-centered care.
