This important role helps ensure our residents' medical information is accurate, organized, and maintained in compliance with healthcare regulations.

What You'll Do


* Maintain and organize resident medical records in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements


* Assist with filing, scanning, and auditing medical documentation


* Ensure medical records are complete, accurate, and properly maintained


* Help prepare records for admissions, discharges, and transfers


* Respond to requests for medical record information while maintaining confidentiality


* Support the clinical and administrative team with documentation needs

What We're Looking For


* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


* Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance


* Reliable attendance and professionalism


* Basic computer and data entry skills


* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment


* Experience in medical records or healthcare administration preferred, but not required
