Midtown Oaks Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team.

Our therapy team works closely with nursing and physicians to deliver high-quality post-acute rehabilitation care in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Pay

💰 $45-$50 per hour
Schedule

Full-time or part-time opportunities available

Responsibilities


* Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of the Physical Therapist


* Follow individualized treatment plans and physician orders


* Document daily treatments and patient progress


* Communicate with the therapy and interdisciplinary care team


* Participate in care plan meetings as needed


* Educate patients and families on therapy programs and discharge planning


* Maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas

Qualifications


* Active California PTA license (required)


* Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Experience with Casamba or PointClickCare is a plus
