Clinical Program Manager - (Remote in Iowa)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Supervise a designated team of unit staff

- Responsible for the training and development of unit staff

- Monitor the activities, schedules, productivity and work product results of the assigned unit

- Review clinical documentation including pending denials for each assigned staff member in real-time

- Collect QA information from assigned staff

- Disseminate policy, protocol change, and ensure implementation

- Lead regular team meetings and act as the point-person for assigned staff

- Conduct scheduled and random post-assessment home visits to ensure customer satisfaction

- Promote project image and goals through public speaking engagements and local professional presentations

- Meet all standards established for this position as outlined in the corresponding annual performance criteria and bonus template for this position

- Perform other duties as may be assigned by Management

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

- Residency in the state of Iowa required

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience conducting clinical assessments

- Minimum 1-2 years of progressive management experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Requirements

- MBA or Master's degree in Social Work

- Proven ability to build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships

- Experience overseeing program operations and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
