Marietta Heights Post Acute is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate clinician who is passionate about helping residents maximize independence and quality of life in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting!

Position Responsibilities:


* Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist


* Assist residents with improving activities of daily living, functional mobility, and overall independence


* Collaborate with the clinical care team to deliver patient-centered care


* Accurately document treatment sessions and progress


* Maintain compliance with facility and regulatory standards

Qualifications:


* Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing


* Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred (new graduate's welcome!)


* Strong communication and time management skills
