IT Product Management - Manager
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Vision
* Define the vision and strategy for the partner digital solutions ecosystem, ensuring both solutions support seamless partner workflows.
* Conduct market research and partner discovery to identify opportunities across collaboration and post-commissioning asset management.
Roadmap & Prioritization
* Build and manage integrated roadmaps for both digital solutions.
* Translate insights into clear product requirements and user stories.
Feature Delivery & Execution
* Partner with engineering and UX to design and deliver intuitive, scalable features.
* Validate enhancements through partner feedback and testing.
* Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, data analytics, and channel teams to ensure successful execution.
Data, Metrics & Optimization
* Define KPIs for adoption, engagement, efficiency, and partner satisfaction.
* Use analytics and VOC to identify improvement opportunities and optimize end-to-end journeys.
Go-to-Market & Adoption
* Work with channel and marketing teams on release planning, messaging, and adoption programs.
* Support partner onboarding, training, and change-management activities.
End-to-End Experience Leadership
* Ensure consistent, unified experiences across both solutions and related digital touchpoints.
* Drive cross-product alignment, UX harmonization, and continuous experience improvement.
Qualification:
Required
* 7+ years experience in product management, digital platforms, or SaaS environments.
* Strong understanding of B2B workflows and partner ecosystems.
* Ability to define product strategy, write clear requirements, and collaborate deeply with engineering and UX teams.
* Proficient in analyzing product data, defining KPIs, and making data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
Preferred
* Experience with collaboration platforms, asset management tools, or lifecycle management software.
* Familiarity with software entitlement models, subscription journeys, or partner-facing digital channels.
* Background in UX, customer experience, or digital transformation.
* Knowledge of electrical industry tools or project workflows
