POSITION SUMMARY

The primary responsibility of the Assistant General Manager is oversight of the locker service at Hersheypark; in addition, this role will service and oversee Smarte Carte equipment at mall and Planet Fitness locations in the assigned area (Central PA).

This is a highly visible role at the park, and within Smarte Carte, expected to provide exceptional customer service to park attendees, and foster a strong relationship with park management.

During the park season, management responsibility of 5-10 part-time employees.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
