Responsibilities


* Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly for residents


* Deliver and collect meal trays from resident rooms


* Serve meals in the dining room and assist residents as needed


* Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines


* Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment


* Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, serving areas, and dining room


* Assist with stocking food and supplies


* Work collaboratively with the dietary team and nursing staff

Qualifications


* Previous dietary or food service experience preferred but not required


* Experience in healthcare or long-term care is a plus


* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


* Strong teamwork and communication skills


* Reliable attendance and positive attitude


* Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
