Position Summary

On-Call Banquet Staff are responsible for event setup, service, and breakdown while delivering attentive, 5-star hospitality.

This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work high-end events in a refined setting.

Key Responsibilities


* Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, linens, chairs, décor)


* Provide professional food and beverage service during events


* Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces


* Assist with buffet setups, plated service, and beverage stations


* Clear tables and reset spaces efficiently and discreetly


* Break down event spaces and return equipment to proper storage


* Deliver exceptional guest service with a polished and professional demeanor


* Follow all safety and alcohol service regulations

Qualifications


* Previous banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred


* Strong customer service skills and team-oriented mindset


* Professional appearance and positive attitude


* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs


* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
