Valley Pointe Nursing is hiring Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time

Pay Rate: Starting at $47 for new grads, more with experience.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour
of duty.

Such supervision must be accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that
govern the facility and may be required by the Director of Nursing (DON)and or/Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) when
applicable, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.


* Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice



* Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians



* Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients



* Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients' charts

Requirements:


* Current RN license


* CPR/BLS
