We are seeking a committed and experienced Registered Nurse ( RN ) to join our team and help support our residents' health, safety, and overall well‑being.
Job Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individual care plans


* Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely


* Conduct assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition


* Oversee LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality and compliance


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members


* Maintain documentation in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines


* Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions


* Support a positive, resident-centered environment

Qualifications


* Current Registered Nurse ( RN ) license in the State of Kentucky


* Strong clinical, critical thinking, and assessment skills


* Ability to lead, delegate, and work collaboratively


* Excellent communication and organizational skills


* Compassionate, professional, and resident-focused approach
