Compensation: Starting Rate: $57.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities



* Comprehensive Evaluations: Assess residents' functional independence, cognitive status, and upper extremity function.


* Individualized Treatment: Develop and implement goal-oriented care plans to improve Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and psychosocial well-being.


* ADL Training: Utilize our specialized ADL kitchen and bath facilities to provide realistic functional training.


* Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside a diverse team of therapists and nurses to coordinate holistic recovery.


* Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with California state regulations.

Qualifications



* Current, valid Occupational Therapist (OT) License in the state of California.
