We are seeking a dynamic PT, OT, SLP or Assistant to serve as the assistant head of the therapy department of our in-house team of healthcare professionals at Facility, Tx.

Qualifications:


* Licensed Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapist or Assistant


* At least 2 years of experience as a therapist


* Supervisory and/or administrative experience preferred.


* Knowledge of Medicare PDPM and ability to manage a variety of payors effectively.


* Effective organizational and leadership skills
