Operations Consultant

Summary –

 

The P2 Analyst will support operational activities within Clarity PPM while delivering data-driven insights through reporting and analytics.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities to interpret and transform data from ServiceNow and other enterprise systems into meaningful dashboards and reports using Power BI and native ServiceNow reporting tools.

The individual will also contribute to SharePoint enhancements, data quality initiatives, and automation opportunities, while supporting the development of AI-driven solutions using Altera’s internal AI platform.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable reporting, high system availability, and actionable insights that support business decision-making.

 

 

Qualifications


* Minimum 2 years of experience working in Analytics, Workforce Management, PMO, or data-focused operational teams.


* Hands-on experience in data analytics and reporting using visualization tools such as Power BI.


* Strong SQL skills, including experience writing stored procedures and functions in Microsoft SQL Server.


* Understanding of data models, relational databases, and data integration concepts.


* Working knowledge of ServiceNow reporting and data structures is preferred.


* Experience with Clarity PPM or similar portfolio/project management tools is desirable.


* Familiarity with Power Apps and the Microsoft Power Platform will be an advantage.


* Experience working with SharePoint for content management or page enhancements is desirable.


* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field (B.Tech or equivalent preferred).


* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.


* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


* Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
