About the Role 
As our Ocean Freight Import Transport Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of specialists to deliver smooth, efficient and compliant ocean freight operations. You’ll be at the centre of driving service excellence—maximising gross profit, improving productivity and managing escalations—while fostering a customer‑centric, high‑performance team culture. 
 

What You’ll Do 


* Lead your team to execute all operational activities in line with global SOPs, service promises and regulatory requirements. 


* Maximise gross profit and ensure productivity targets are consistently met. 


* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the first point of escalation for exceptions and irregularities. 


* Identify process improvement opportunities that drive efficiency, cost control and operational excellence. 


* Support and guide your team while fostering a culture of trust, collaboration and results. 


* Maintain and support Transport Carrier Relationships / Management and KPI's for both FCL and LCL cargo
