We're Hiring: Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Location: Lacamas Creek Post Acute
Pay: $35-$45/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (paid quarterly)

A Day in the Life:


* Carrying out personalized treatment plans under the direction of an OT


* Helping residents regain independence and confidence


* Collaborating with nurses, therapists, and support staff


* Being a key part of our residents' recovery journeys

What We're Looking For:


* Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Washington license)


* Someone reliable, motivated, and ready to contribute


* Experience in post-acute care is a plus, but not required


* A strong communicator who enjoys being part of a team
